this game getting an update is like christmass,
where is the new enemy and location
There are multiple new locations. The new enemies are in one of them, which the bartender will give you an indirect hint about how to find them.
this ultimately leads me to the mushroom isle where there are no enemies or really anything at all. now i'm supposed to go back to the room which you must be invisible to enter but there doesn't seem to be anything to do there either. no enemies for sure. what am i missing?
Maybe a different drink will help you find the missing book while you're in that room.

I rly don't understand what adding seals to a ghost at the shrine is supposed to do?
Much like a new area introduced in 0.68, the Shrine is currently in its initial setup towards a new feature to be fully implemented in a later build. Much like the magic beans took a while to be utilized.
New release, woo hoo!
Something to distract me from Stardew Valley for a few days while I find all the new goodies.
EDIT: I feel very lucky to have accidentally found the new 5 piece outfit.
