This will be available in the Dream World, which opens later in the story (you will need to try to leave that world without your interlocutor's help). I think I may have found a little glitch? I was in the void vale and so far have only bought the bell and the panties. After a fight, they were removed but when i clicked fix clothes, it also put the bra on me and looks like this in equip ↓
I also tried moving to a different location but it stays on, the undead can remove it and it's still for sale. Although it does disappear when i go through the portal and comeback

About clothes. Maybe you should share more of what Celica has with the crew. Especially with the girl who is the captain's first mate.
