Typically, the white cyclops requires the ring to be in the small inventory (which appears on the left side of the main screen) to appear. In this case, a white cyclops can appear immediately or after using one or more spells.
The white cyclopus wouldn't latch if you're wearing Violet or Ice Armor.
Also it wouldn't latch on if any of the normal cyclopus is already latched onto you. So the best way is to use area spells like Meteor Shower or Maelstorm to kill off the two normal ones, leaving the white one.
(Optional) Use Charm spell to make it latch on immediately.

There is definitely no Polish language. When I play, I translate using Bubble translate. Until Version 0.65.010 the game worked without any problems, only Version 0.66.014 occurred when Updated Game Engine to Ren'Py 8.1.1
Given that Bubble translate has known issues with the positioning of blocks of text in some applications, the issue appears to be related to new functionality in the game engine, as there are no major structural changes to the game's code.
In general, we just have to wait for the creators to fix OCR.

I know that according to the lore, nobody can use magic in the Ancient Ruins cuz it has anti-magic or smth.
I think a fix would be Nel going
"Celica, you know we can't use magic here right?" and force to leave.
Or by just hiding the "Fight her" option when in the ruins.
But I'm honestly glad that the anti-magic thing is not just a lore and the detail extends into the gameplay.

Some events are related to other characters. Ensure you complete everything for other characters and progress through the main story.

You need to make a strategy based on the potion and with maximally improved skills in order to defeat him in the minimum number of moves.
