Go to Lucan's shop a few times, spend about 300 coins there (I don't know the exact amount) and on one of your next visits you will find his sister there.
The quest with this guy's shop usually opens at the beginning of the game, at the south-eastern gate (where the brothers in mind are on duty), the shop is located next to the gate.

One strategy that I've seen that works pretty reliably is: have the Climax MP Drain and/or Climax Heal skill equipped from the Succubus outfit set. Then, you can drain the demon's MP to stop it from healing, and you can heal when you get low just by letting yourself get fucked (and/or using Charm)
Alternatively, if you're strong enough, have enough Cooldown, Speed, and Arcane stats, and enter the fight with fully-recharged Celestian Form and timestop meters, you might be able to simply whittle her health down to 0 through raw power. If you lower her health enough in normal or Celestian Form, then use the timestop when she's about to heal, you can get her down to 0 before she gets a chance to heal up.
Try to pick skills, artifacts and clothes to enhance Celica's speed and magic power. This is important for many demons. More details on this are given in the books in the library.
Artifacts related to the elements will be required in one quest. Therefore, collect all rare artifacts in all locations with monsters. More details are indicated in the library of Agranor.
