So when ever she creates a potion and uses it there is a rare chance of her having the effect of the potion and the potion staying in your inventory after use. Not entirely sure what causes it but they take up my bottles and the only way to get rid of them is to use them manually, since she doesn't use ones already in inventory. Expect for energy potions. Not entirely sure about other versions but I am on android. So it could only be on android I don't know.

You get it in that Dwarven Cave with The golems its in Silver Chests and No you cant get it by Alchemy
